this is blackbuttoneyes[dot]net, as presented in lowercase. >>>
it's invariably always "under construction" and a constant "work in progress," mainly because of the webmistress' confused lack of clear direction, not-as-advanced-as-she-would-like web design and coding skills, and laziness as compelled by aforementioned lack of clear direction. nonetheless, as for what it is intended to be, it is a website (obviously) meant to be a cornerstone (or breeding grounds?) for various ventures, mostly literary, wishfully musical and typographic, and, for all intents and purposes, that is precisely what blackbuttoneyes will blossom into. eventually.
but, as things are wont to go, it falters momentarily because of said lack of skills and clear direction, but haru's existence here is stabilised and set in some form of certainty because she has no intention of acquiescing this little niche to some other being, whomever may desire it. (and "haru," if blanks need to be filled, is shorthand form for "haruki," the pseudonym by which the owner and maintainer of this site goes.)
blackbuttoneyes may be blank but is (and will most likely continue to be) best viewed on mozilla firefox, at a resolution of 1440x900. safari is a suitable browser as well, but, as haru is a firm user and advocate of all things mac, internet explorer is largely shunned and looked upon with displeased eyes, despite it being a popular browser of choice -- but, despite it all, haru does try to make sure that her coding works on as many platforms as she can because there's something enchanting about ubiquity (and necessary and kind, as well).
meanwhile, as blackbuttoneyes wears a button of "WIP," haru can be actively found tumbling around and trying not to be so self-obsessed because, admittedly, there isn't much interesting about her aside from where she exists in her mind. she also likes to write underneath a kissing tree where strangers may not tread without the appropriate identification and membership, but all are welcome, in any shape or size, to count pulses or linger in the lobby of the ministry of suicide. oh, and, when haru's not frequenting her usual haunts and jaunts, she's prone to condense away half-life thoughts into 140 characters or less, finding what could be an invasive piece of self-absorption to be more of a challenge to creativity because limitations are freeing, boundaries liberating.
and, if you have made it thus far, then haru would like to commend you and offer you a madeleine with which to go on your way. do come back again because this space will continue to be edited and warped any which way, and there are always coffee and cookies plenty to go around.
good day to you all!
